Appeal of Built Structures

  Symmetry is an indication of superiority in the rest of the physical world, among both living and non-living things, including manmade structures.


  For example, symmetry is an indicator of superior design among built structures. Here too we are attracted to an aesthetically appealing frame.


We engineers, as well as architect, designers and others of our persuasion have a virtual obsession with such constructions.
