UniStates will establish state-of-the-art Production Centers for the design, engineering, and manufacture of commercial-grade RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures. UniStates' Production Centers will include development and manufacturing facilities that rely exclusively on UniStates' proprietary techniques and systems to generate a wide range of RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures.
Each Production Center will include a series of mini-production lines with capacities to generate limited quantities of diverse commercial RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures for industry and government testing and evaluation in anticipation of full-scale commercial production. These manufacturing facilities will have the capability to utilize the full range of RMTSM manufacturing technologies.
UniStates' Production Centers at key locations worldwide will allow UniStates to offer full product life-cycle capabilities, including:
- product design, development, and testing;
- process design and validation of manufacturability;
- tool design and validation of fabrication for optimal producibility; and
- ongoing support for continuous improvement in product design and process productivity.
Full product life-cycle capabilities will provide a seamless interface between design, engineering, and manufacturing with RMT™ technologies.

Development
UniStates invites potential industry and government users to identify critical product applications for design-through-manufacturing using with RMT™ technologies. UniStates engineers will work with you at a Production Center to design, engineer, test manufacture, and validate RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures developed to your specifications. UniStates engineers also will work with you to design and engineer manufacturing systems and facilities for commercial scale production of these products engineered with RMT™ technologies, using RMT2322™ CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software.
Production
Center Capabilities
The UniStates Production Centers will facilitate the design, engineering, and manufacture of commercial-grade RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures in limited quantities for laboratory testing and evaluation and field testing and marketing. Each Center will have capabilities for:
- Design optimization of RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures for specific commercial applications, using state-of-the-art computer modeling & simulation and rapid prototyping and mechanical testing facilities;
- Manufacture of commercial-grade RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures in limited quantities using UniStates' proprietary manufacturing systems;
- Mechanical testing and evaluation of commercial RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures and their prototypes in computer modeling and simulation and state-of-the-art rapid prototyping and testing facilities;
- Design, engineering, and refinement of discrete RMTSM manufacturing technologies and facilities, production lines, and factories, for full-scale commercial production of specific RMT Precision™ materials and RMT Informed™ products and structures;
- Research and development of new and re-engineered applications for RMT™ technologies, using state-of-the-art computer modeling and simulation and rapid prototyping and mechanical testing facilities; and
- Development of specialized design and engineering software, including RMT2322™ CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM systems and tools, to accelerate the development and reduce the time and complexitys required to engineer applications and manufacturing systems using RMT™ technologies.
