UniStates is developing the RMT2322™ software suite to streamline the InTrialsSM program through computer automation. This is readily attainable because of the unparalleled precision of design, engineering, and manufacturing systems of RMT technologies. UniStates will make this proprietary design, engineering, manufacturing, and production cost software available to licensees and other InTrialsSM program participants for the re-engineering and development of RMT Precision materials and RMT Informed products and structures.
The RMT2322™ software suite will include CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM systems and other enabling tools. The purpose of RMT2322™ suite is to provide an Applications Framework that can compress the time to market for a new generation of RMT Precision materials and RMT Informed products and structures. This integrated Applications Framework will reduce the time and complexity required to engineer RMT Precision materials and RMT Informed products and structures and collateral manufacturing systems, thereby minimizing development time and production costs.
RMT2322™ is intended to become the primary tool used by engineers, architects, designers, and others for the concurrent design, engineering, and testing of RMT Precision materials and RMT Informed products and structures and collateral manufacturing systems.
RMT2322™ will permit the use of high-performance computing to exploit:
- the structural advantages of design and engineering with
RMT technologies, which emphasize the compressive strengths of less expensive, less technical, and more abundant materials; and
- the unparalleled precision of RMTSM manufacturing technologies, which emphasize low-cost, automated manufacturing processes that are continuous from raw material to finished product.
RMT2322™ software is being developed by UniStates with Licensees from the computing industry. The software is being built around UniStates’ proprietary computing kernel, which is being developed by UniStates’ affiliate UniStates Computer Works, LLC. The UniStates kernel will include (a) design databases, (b) analytical tools and elements, and (c) virtual testing methodologies for RMT technologies. The kernel will enable ordinary commercial software to be the vehicle for computer-aided design, engineering, and manufacturing of RMT Precision materials and RMT Informed products and structures based on RMTSM manufacturing technologies. The goal will be to afford concurrent engineering of design, engineering, and manufacturing RMT Precision materials and RMT Informed products and structures with a single software suite.
