Richard N. Holwill Joins UniStates Board of Advisors

Fairfax City, VA - January 15, 2004 - UniStates, LLC announced today that Richard N. Holwill has joined its Board of Advisors. Holwill, a retired US Ambassador, is an expert on international business matters. Ambassador Holwill, Vice President for Public Policy at Alticor, Inc., the parent company of Amway Corporation, described the appointment by saying: “I am very excited by this opportunity; I have been involved with UniStates for several years now. It is an honor to be formally associated with this company and its proprietary Reflexive Materials Technologies™ (RMT™).”

Holwill currently serves as Co-Chair of the Asia Task Force at the US Chamber of Commerce and as a trade advisor to the US Trade Representative and US Department of Commerce. He frequently is sought out as a speaker on business issues in China, Japan, Korea, and other Asian economies.

About Richard N. Holwill

Ambassador Holwill has extensive experience in international finance during his tenure as a managing director of Pierce Financial Corporation and while with the consulting firm of Charles Owens and Associates. While in government service, Holwill was a deputy assistant secretary of the State Department and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Panama Canal Commission. He holds a BA from LSU with additional studies in International Finance and Transactions at the Wharton School of Business. He has published two books and numerous articles on public-policy issues.
